Classic Pine swing sets have heavier construction, larger play decks and more headroom for older kids (when compared with our Playtime line). Recommended for ages 2 to 12. Our hardware and support boards are 50% larger than those in our Playtime Series to handle greater play loads.

The heavier the wood the more durable the play set—PERIOD. Check out the weight of the competitors set and compare. Virtually all swing sets sold online are produced in China. Small fast growing trees do not have the strength or durability of Southern Yellow Pine grown in the USA. There is a reason why they generally carry a 1 to 5 year warranty against wood rot or insect decay.
