Installing a Goalsetter basketball goal? We’re here to make it effortless. Our team is trained in the exclusive hinged ground-anchor system, which allows for safe and efficient assembly—without scaffolding or ladders.
The entire hoop, including the pole, backboard, and extension arms, is assembled on the ground and then raised into place once your foundation is set. It’s safer, smarter, and engineered for long-term performance.
What’s Involved in the Installation Process?
🏗️ Step 1: Dig the foundation
We dig a 4-foot-deep hole (18 inches wide) at your preferred hoop location. This is the most labor-intensive part of the install.
🧱 Step 2: Secure the ground anchor
Your patented anchor system is placed in the hole and set with 10–12 bags of QuickCrete for ultimate stability.
⏳ Step 3: Allow concrete to cure
The cement will need at least 48 hours to fully set before we can raise the hoop.
🏀 Step 4: Assemble & raise
Once cured, we return to fully assemble your Goalsetter hoop and raise it upright—no ladders or scaffolding needed.
✅ Dirt hauling included
We’ll remove and dispose of the dirt from the digging site, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Important Notes
- Rock or hard surfaces: We assume standard soil. If we encounter bedrock, concrete, or utility issues, additional charges may apply.
- Curing time: Allow 2–3 days between anchor installation and hoop setup.
- Access: Be sure the install site is accessible for tools, materials, and equipment.
