What happens next?
You'll receive an email or a text from us to confirm the date, time, and other details of your trampoline assembly. Please be prepared to provide the exact product name of the trampoline you need assembled. Text or email pictures of the installation site for a free site assessment to avoid installation delays.
You do not need to be available during the installation as long as we have permission to access the site and clear directions about the trampoline placement. Trampoline assembly times can vary widely between specific products, but typically assembly time is between 1-3 hours.
