Once we receive your order, our team will reach out to confirm your details and set up a convenient installation time. Most assemblies are completed in a single day, but please note that seasonal demand, weather, and site conditions can impact scheduling.
Important things to know before installation day:
- Weather matters: We require temperatures above 40°F and dry ground conditions. If it’s too wet or raining, we may need to reschedule.
- Communication: Our team will call 30–60 minutes prior to arrival on installation day.
- Clean finish: Packaging materials and debris will be consolidated and placed neatly in a location of your choice.
- Expert advice: Our techs are happy to answer maintenance questions during installation. Your owner’s manual is also a great reference.
- Warranty: Every assembly includes a 30-day labor warranty for peace of mind.
Preparing for a Safe and Smooth Assembly
